COVID-19 CIRCUT BREAK LOCKDOWN FAQ'S
Woodlands Park Resort has put together a selection of FAQ's to support owners during the Wales Circuit Break Lockdown.
This list will be updated as when required and owners should check this page regularly for updates.
Can I come to park?
This depends on your residential address location.
Owners from local lockdown areas in Wales can report to their properties before 6pm on the 23/10/2020 to undertake winterisation or measures to protect your property but you must not use any park facilities or remain in your property overnight and must follow all COVID-19 Guidance with regards to social distancing and hand washing/sanitising.
Owners from Tier 1 Lockdown area in England can report to their properties before 6pm on the 23/10/2020 to undertake winterisation or measures to protect your property but you must not use any park facilities or remain in your property overnight and must follow all COVID-19 Guidance regards to social distancing and hand washing/sanitising.
Owners from Tier 2 and Tier 3 Lockdown areas in England cannot report to their properties and should seek support from park contractors or the park office before the 6pm deadline on the 23/10/2020.

Will the park still be open?
Woodlands Park Resort will be closed to all Owners and Visitors from 6pm Friday 23rd October 2020 until a future planned time on Monday 9th November 2020.
Woody's Convenience Store and Bar and Restaurant will be closed during the lockdown period. The dates and times of this were emailed to you upon the announcement of the lockdown.
Will our properties be safe?
The park office will manned during the lockdown period and staff in the office will act as security during this period. Staff will also undertake night time walk arounds to ensure property safety. The safety of an owners property and its contents still remain the responsibility of the the property owner and you must ensure your insurance is valid and up to date.
Owners can request that their property is checked by contacting the park office. This request must be issued in writing via email to email@example.com.

Undertaking Building Work, Repair and Maintenance?
Work carried out inside properties on park can only take place if it is urgent or to repair a fault which poses a direct risk to people’s safety
We ask all owners who are undertaking building works to ensure everything is safe and secure before 6pm Friday 23rd October 2020 so that the property can be shut down during the lockdown period.
I have guests staying on holiday. What should I do?
Any bookings that fall within the lockdown period must be cancelled. The park issued guidance on refunds a few days ago and this is here to support owners who independently operate outside of the parks chosen contractor.
Anyone who's stay falls partly within the lockdown period should be called. It it the property owners decision on how they undertake the issue. Woodlands Park Resort issued guidance a few days go suggesting refunds for full days unused were issued to guests.
Anyone on park on the 23/10/2020 at 6pm will be asked to leave the park. It is your responsibility as the property owner to ensure your guests have left the park on or before 6pm on the 23/10/2020. Park staff will report to each property before 6pm warning owners, guests and visitors to leave the park and will undertake a further patrol at 6pm to ensure everyone has left the park as requested.
Woodlands Park Resort will follow the Welsh Governments guidance and anyone refusing to leave the park or be found trying to enter the park during the lockdown period will be reported to the police.
