Government Track and Trace requires that we collect the following information for every Holiday Home Owner and/or any of their visitors. We will keep this information for a minimum of 21 days.

Anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms should self-isolate and not travel to the park. Anyone having symptoms during their holiday should ring NHS 111 and follow their detailed advice as well as informing the park of your symptoms by calling 01545 580 239.

Please be reassured that your information will be stored securely, in line with data protection laws, and will not be shared with anyone else unless required under COVID-19 Laws. Neither will we use this data for any other reason.

We are bringing these measures in not only to help reduce the risk of any local outbreak but to protect every owner, visitor, contractor and staff member- by sharing your information NHS Test and Trace can quickly identify people who have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and ask them to take the necessary precautions.

The below information should be completed by the property owner. If the property owner is delegating responsibility of form completion to a family member then the owners name must still be placed within the owner details section.

When entering your plot number please be sure to check the correct plot number. You can obtain this information from your park invoices which display your correct plot number. If you require assistance please call the park on 01545 580 239. As some owners will be aware plot numbers on park are duplicated. These are separated with identification letters as N, L or C. When entering your plot number please be sure to use the correct identification letter for your plot.

Only visits by the owner, their friends and family or contracts should be entered into this database. This database is not to be used for tracking of guests within active holiday lets on the park. Owners must however trace and trace visitors to properties for maintenance and cleaning for example.

Owners of private holiday lets must maintain their own track and trace database ensuring they follow all legal requirements.

If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of your planned arrival you must not travel to the park. COVID-19 guidance clearly states that you must self isolate at home. This means you are not permitted to self isolate within Woodlands Park Resort. Doing so will put others on park at risk of contracting COVID-19 and may put you in breech of your license agreement for your property on park.

Please enter the full names of all people who will be staying in the property between the above arrival and departure dates.

The above owners details must be duplicated here in the (Guest 1) box if the owner is staying. If the owner is not staying then please list all guests below that will be attending the property.

Please note: Upon request from any official bodies, the above information will be shared to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We are not requesting the contact details for your guests therefore, you may be contacted for further information relating to your guests in the event of an outbreak or suspected outbreak of COVID-19 on Woodlands Park Resort.
