Our Story

Woodlands Park was purchased by Alec & Tina Holland who own Holland Parks on the 1st of September 2017 with a clear vision. A vision to create an escape from the hustle and bustle and stresses of everyday modern life. An idyllic location a stone’s throw from dog friendly beaches, woodland walks and some of Ceredigion’s hidden gems. This vision has reshaped the park over the past 3 years and it has been a journey which is now revealing the park’s full potential. Park Owner Alec Holland said: “From the moment we drove into the park that day, we knew what it could become with investment, time plus the enthusiasm & drive to turn that vision into reality”.

The newly renamed Woodlands Park Resort offers traditional holiday homes and luxury lodges, coupled with the new luxury lodge development of Tudor Place at Woodlands Park, all of which invite you into a slice of relaxation and enjoyment. A perfect mix of lodges and holiday homes used as an escape by their owners and also a selection of holiday lets that are of the highest standards to offer holidaying guests everything they need for their escape to Wales.

As well as Woodlands Clubhouse on site and Woody’s Convenience Store too, the park also has a play area for younger guests to enjoy their stay and a Launderette onsite.

Woodlands Park Resort has now established itself as one of the most relaxing and picturesque parks in the area, with owners and holiday guests returning week after week, month after month and year after year.

Woodlands Park Resort is open the FULL 12 months season with staff onsite to help guide and advise potential owners with a range of accommodation to suit their needs and budgets. Plus the added peace of mind of property management by all of our partners on site, so that your holiday home is well looked after when you are here, and when you are just thinking of being back here. Dogs are welcome too with up to 3 well behaved dogs welcome.
